Hand Made Soap # 01 sweet almond oil & hazelnut oil (Moisture Soap)

材料          （Material）         

甜杏仁油 (sweet almond oil)     210g
榛子油     (hazelnut oil)             210g
棕榈油     (palm oil)                   280g

氢氧化钠 NaOH                         96g
纯水冰块 Ice Water                    212g

佛手柑精油   bergamot essential oil  10g
金盏花粉      Calendula powder         10g

Hand Made Soap - Methodology

1.) Measurement of the respective oil. Pour into a stainless steel pot.
2.) Preparing Acidic Water - slowly pour NaOH into measured ice water in a stainless steel pot.
     (BE-CAREFUL: It generated heat and gasses)
3.) Use thermometer to measure Acidic Water temperature and the oil temperature.
4.) Differential temperature between Acidic Water and Oil with no more than 10 degree; can mix the Oil and Acidic water together.
5.) Mix the Oil and Acidic Water with stainless steel mixer. First 30 minutes is crucial for properly mix between the oil and acidic water.
6.) Mix between 60 minutes ~ 100 minutes, it become trace. (trace - the texture of mix can be seen and not easy levelling).
7.) Add in essential oil and mix it properly.
8.) Pour part of the trace into a soap mold.
9.) Mix part of the trace with calendula powder and properly mix it.
10.) Pour the mix trace with calendula powder into the soap mold.
11.) Use wrapper to wrap the soap mold and cover with towel for maintain the temperature.
12.) Soap can be removed from mold after 3 to 5 days.
13.) Soap ready to use after 4 - 6 weeks curing.
