The official name for the nasi kandar stall is actually ‘Perniagaan Nasi Kandar Ayam Merah’ and they operate at a Chinese owned coffee shop called Yong Suan.

It famous with "Nasi Ganja", sound near to nasi Kandar. Anyhow, it's recipe nothing is illegal and safe to eat. It is Halal food.

It always full of people. People long queue for food. Some prefer take away. The food deliver service is super fast. It is Halal food.

Indian food - Nasi Kukus (steam rice), Ayam masak merah (chicken cooked in red), Sampal Sotong, Udang, Kari kambing, Telur masin, mix of curry gravies.


Here the Signature dishes and It cost RM 5.50.

The signature dish- steam rice, a piece of chicken masak merah, half slated egg, cucumber, mix of curry gravies and coconut paste.

Hand Made Soap #02 houttuynia cordata (Repairing Soap)

材料          （Material）         

甜杏仁油 (sweet almond oil)     150g
椰子油     (coconut oil)              160g
棕榈油     (palm oil)                   160g
精制乳木果脂 (shea butter refined) 230g

氢氧化钠 NaOH                         103g
鱼腥草纯水冰块 houttuynia cordata Ice Water  216g

茶树油精油  tea tree essential oil  10g
鱼腥草          houttuynia cordata     25g

Hand Made Soap - Methodology

1.) Measurement of the respective oil. Pour into a stainless steel pot. (shea butter refined shall be contained melt by heating hot water)
2.) Preparing Houttuynia cordata Ice Water - Extract out Houttuynia cordata in boil water. Filter the boil water, measure require volume  and keep it in freeze.
3.) Preparing Acidic Water - slowly pour NaOH into Houttuynia cordata Ice Water in a stainless steel pot.
     (BE-CAREFUL: It generated heat and gasses)
4.) Use thermometer to measure Acidic Water temperature and the oil temperature.
5.) Differential temperature between Acidic Water and Oil with no more than 10 degree; can mix the Oil and Acidic water together.
6.) Mix the Oil and Acidic Water with stainless steel mixer. First 30 minutes is crucial for properly mix between the oil and acidic water.
7.) Mix between 60 minutes ~ 100 minutes, it become trace. (trace - the texture of mix can be seen and not easy levelling).
8.) Add in essential oil and mix it properly.
9.) Pour part of the trace into a soap mold.
10.) Use wrapper to wrap the soap mold and cover with towel for maintain the temperature.
11.) Soap can be removed from mold after 3 to 5 days.
12.) Soap ready to use after 4 - 6 weeks curing.

Hand Made Soap # 01 sweet almond oil & hazelnut oil (Moisture Soap)

纯水冰块 Ice Water                    212g

佛手柑精油   bergamot essential oil  10g
金盏花粉      Calendula powder         10g

Hand Made Soap - Methodology
